Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in the Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair. We are focusing on educating the public this year. With that in mind some suggestions we have for vendors is to make your displays fun and educational. You may want to have a game based on the least known public selling point of your business, with a small promotional reward (ex- pen, pencil, notepad, or magnet with your company contact information on it) for the winners. These types of displays have had success in the past at our fair.

If you are a food vendor, Please contact Debbie Weishaar, Fair Manager at 410-848-FAIR (3247) before proceeding. You will need to download both Health Department forms. The Guidelines for Special Food Licenses form needs to be in duplicate form with original signatures on both copies returned to us. We consider all requests but must approve first. Our board serves many items as a fundraiser.

Please download the appropriate form(s), fill them out, and mail them back with the appropriate funds. Following are the forms:
